By creating an account on SolEspañol ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial GCSE Spanish revision.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the Service.
• Do not upload, share or transmit unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or harmful content.

2. Student responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when registering (including, where required, your year group and parent/guardian email).
• Keep your login credentials private.
• Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Account security

Your password is stored encrypted and is never visible to us. You are responsible for keeping it secret. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that pose a security risk.

4. Subscriptions (future)

The Service is currently free. In future, certain premium features may be offered via paid subscription. Payment will be handled securely by Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing and renewal details will be presented before you confirm any purchase.

5. Intellectual property

All content on SolEspañol — including text, graphics, audio, vocabulary lists, exam-style tasks and software — is owned by SolEspañol or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may use the material for personal study only. You may not reproduce, redistribute or republish any part of the Service without our written permission.

6. Refunds (placeholder)

Refund policy will be added when paid subscriptions launch.

7. Limitation of liability

SolEspañol is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep content accurate and the Service running, we cannot guarantee specific exam outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service.
